Payments and cancellation policy.
Payments: to confirm the booking, 30% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid two weeks before the arrival date.
Cancellations:
Free cancellation: cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 2 months before the arrival date. In this case, the 30% deposit will be refunded, less any applicable bank commission fees.
Cancellations within 2 months prior to arrival: If the booking is canceled less than 2 months before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged. Additional conditions
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days after the cancellation notification.
Bank commission fees associated with the refund will be borne by the client and deducted from the refundable amount.
